Admission Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Proof of immunization (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap)
- Negative TB test within 12 months
- Clear Background Check and Drug Screening (maybe required for externship if applicable)
- CPR Certification

- 30 venipunctures and 10 capillary or finger sticks on live individuals is required
